Originally from New Orleans, LA, soprano Lauren Mouney has enchanted audiences throughout the Eastern United States with her vibrant voice and elegant stage presence. Ms. Mouney has performed a variety of roles in both opera and musical theatre from Chicken Little in the world premiere of Trinkley and Charnesky’s children’s opera Chicken Little to Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus with Penn State University. In addition to performing, Lauren equally enjoys sharing her passion of music through teaching. She is currently teaching voice both privately and in the classroom as a teaching assistant at Penn State University and is continuously accepting aspiring singers into her voice studio.
